The fireworks practice is led by John Brooke who created this specialized area of law over 30 years ago. His passion for fireworks continues to this day as he not only works with all levels of the industry, but also still conducts fireworks displays for communities in the area. John Brooke also heads up the municipal/government legal practice. His time as an elected official makes him unique among government attorneys.
The personal injury and mediation practice is led by Danyel Struble who has worked with individuals and attorneys in resolving matters through negotiation and reconciliation. Danyel has mediated many of matters both with attorneys and with the parties themselves to achieve results that were acceptable to both sides.
