I was born in Muncie on Halloween, 1985. I attended Wes-Del Community Schools from elementary through high school and graduated in 2004. My husband, Mike Struble, also attended Wes-Del but he graduated in 1998. I moved to Bloomington, Indiana after high school and attended Indiana University for two years. After I started dating Mike, I decided to transfer to Ball State University so he could maintain his company, Titan Electric. I graduated magna cum laude from Ball State in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology.
Mike and I took turns visiting each other on the weekends while I attended Valparaiso University School of Law. I obtained my Juris Doctor in 2011, while it was still a thriving law school. I was lucky enough to begin my legal career with my mentor and local legend, P. Gregory Cross. Greg was integral in shaping me into the attorney I am today.
I joined Brooke & Struble, P.C. in 2019. My primary practice is Municipal/Government Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Trust and Estate Planning, and Fireworks Law.
In 2017 I decided I wanted to help litigants by mediating cases. This quickly became a passion for me. I am a registered Civil and Family Law Mediator. I frequently assist Delaware County with its mediation program. I have been trained as a Guardian Ad Litem since 2013. I was named the Chairman of the Delaware County Public Defender Board in 2018 and have served in that capacity since then.
I am admitted to the United States Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Indiana Supreme Court. I am a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Indiana Municipal Law Association, Indiana Regional Sewer District Association, Indiana Public Defender Council, American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and the Muncie Bar Association.
Mike and I live with our two children in northern Delaware County. Spending time with our kids outside on our properties is what makes this crazy life worth living for. All our spare time is spent coaching and cheering on our kids in their activities.
